On this new trail, you will eat, and drink your way through some common dishes, like the classic bowl of green Chili found at Juanitos Mexican Restaurant as well as some unique items like the Valle Caliente Green Chile Lager at San Luis Valley Brewing Company or the Smothered Green Chili Burger at Lindo Jalisco! Excite your taste buds with the flavor of an assortment of green chile dishes as you go! *Do note that Sun & Moon Cafe is permanently closed. You can complete the rest of the trail and redeem for your prize!
Now that we have your attention, you may be wondering, “how do I get started?!”
Come on into the Colorado Welcome Center at 610 State Avenue in Alamosa to pick your trail card up today! As you visit each location and purchase the trail item, present your card to earn a sticker for that location. Once you have filled out your trail card, bring it back to the Colorado Welcome Center to redeem it for a limited edition Green Chili Trail mug along with a few green chile recipes to take home with you!
