Welcome to the San Luis Valley Brewing Company!

The brewery experience you enjoy today began in 2006 when Scott & Angie Graber, along with their parents, Steve & Sue Friedman, opened the Valley’s first brewery. Housed in the historic 1897 San Juan Building, the space was transformed into a modern brewpub with the insight and talents of local artist and designer, Kris Gosar. Today, the brewery remains committed to quality, craftsmanship, and taking raw materials and making something wonderful! The 5000 lb. vault door from 1912 at the center of our backbar, and the delicious scratch made culinary and beverage offerings are testament to that commitment.
