Welcome to the The ROAST Café!
In 2014, the San Luis Valley Brewing Company opened the ROAST: Craft Coffee & Libations adjacent the brewery. The ROAST expanded the businesses offerings to include craft roasted coffee, espresso, breakfast, increased beer production, and a private space for evening gatherings. We would be honored if you’d stop ROAST to enjoy this beautiful space and the delicious culinary offerings and craft beverages we create.
Hours:
The ROAST is open 7am-2pm, 7day/week, May-
October.
The ROAST is open 6 days/week, closed Sundays,
November-April.
