Dune Valley Distillery
Dune Valley Distillery is an estate distillery operating on an old school campus in a renovated 1933 adobe gymnasium. The location is surrounded by the fields that produce the potatoes, quinoa, and other crops that are base inputs for our spirits. The founding company is the Colorado Craft Original of Carbone Wine, who had the first liquor license in the State after Prohibition. They believe in source identified and regeneratively-grown food, and in consciously using the delicate resources of sun, water, and soil to bring quality food and beverage to our customer’s experience. They are open for cocktails, wine, and beer with a small food menu, and have a small store for quality local food products. We also rent sand boards as we are on the turn off to the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Check out our website for current hours, events, and to purchase tickets.
