Alamosa Roller Rink

Operating as a true year-round recreation space, the facility at 2222 Old Sanford Rd serves as the Alamosa Roller Rink during the warmer months and a fully functional ice rink in the winter. The summer roller season runs from May 2nd through September 30th, providing a straightforward and welcoming space for both beginners and experienced skaters. During this time, the rink is open on Friday evenings, making it an easy way for families and friends to spend time together.
When the temperatures drop, the facility converts into a winter ice rink from October 31st through March 31st. The winter season brings public skating, youth hockey programs, and professional skate sharpening and profiling. While the main Rec Center building handles summer operations, the winter rink office operates right next door at 2242 Old Sanford Rd. Daily passes, rentals, and season passes for the ice are available for purchase starting October 1st.
Hours & Seasons:
Ice Season (October 31 – March 31): Hours vary for public skate and hockey programs.
Roller Season (May 2 – September 30): Every Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
