This high-energy event transforms San Juan Avenue into a vibrant festival hub where outdoor enthusiasts and families gather to support our local heroes: the Alamosa Volunteer Search and Rescue (AVSAR) team. Whether you’re here for the live music, the competitive cornhole, or the thrill of the new climbing wall, Suds4SAR is the ultimate destination to experience Alamosa’s unique blend of adventure and community.

Event Highlights

• The Adventure Zone: New for 2026! Test your skills on the portable rock climbing wall, designed to give visitors a safe taste of the rugged climbing found in the surrounding Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
• Live Local Beats: Grab a spot on the pavement and enjoy a rotation of the region’s best live bands performing on the main stage throughout the evening.
• Cornhole Tournament: Team up for the annual cornhole showdown—a high-stakes, high-fun tournament that winds through the heart of the party.
• Silent Auction & Local Market: Bid on unique items donated by local artisans and businesses, with all proceeds directly benefiting the specialized equipment and training AVSAR needs to keep our public lands safe.
