Bring the kids and join the fun at this special annual event, happening Saturday from 9am to 1pm! Start at the Dunes Parking Area and follow the signs to the registration table. Kids will explore interactive learning stations focused on dunes, fossils, wildlife, and more—and earn fun prizes along the way!

Hosted by Friends of the Dunes, this event is held in partnership with the National Park Service to spark curiosity and support educational programs at the park. Learn more about the Friends and how they support Great Sand Dunes at friendsofgreatsanddunes.org.
