The Alamosa County Chamber of Commerce professional staff is looking forward to helping you.
The operation is housed in the historic depot located at Cole Park in downtown Alamosa. This building was donated to the Chamber by the late Carl Helfin. It is a replica of the Mancos, Colorado railroad depot. The Visitors Center is also in this building and serves thousands of travelers each year in a warm and friendly environment.
The Chamber also owns the historic Engine 169 located across the street. The engine is currently being restored by the Friends of the 169 and will one day ride the rails again in the San Luis Valley.
