Becoming a Member
Becoming a member of the Alamosa County Chamber of Commerce is the smartest marketing and advertising investment one could make for their business. You can take pride in knowing your investment has a direct effect on the quality of life in Alamosa because the Chamber collaborates with a host of organizations in the pursuit for the constant upbuilding of commerce and civic interests in the area.
Members are also supporting a whole array of Member benefits for not only your business, but your employees as well.
Together, we can make Alamosa a better place to live for everyone, and the Alamosa County Chamber of Commerce will be there every step of the way.
Membership Categories
There are four classes of Membership in the Alamosa County Chamber of Commerce.
General Membership
Any commercial entity of good standing interested in the principles and purposes of the Chamber of Commerce shall be eligible for general membership. Chamber advertising and promotional services shall be vested exclusively in the general membership.
501(c)(3) non-profit organizations
Non-profits shall enjoy the voting rights and privileges of general membership and shall have the right to utilize Chamber advertising and promotion services.
Associate Membership
Elected governmental officials, fully retired persons, students, and educators shall be eligible for associate membership. Associate members shall enjoy the voting rights and privileges of general members except that they shall not have the right to utilize Chamber advertising and promotional services.
Honorary Membership
The Board of Directors may, by unanimous vote, admit to honorary membership without fees or dues, any citizen of distinction who shall seem entitled to such consideration, and such honorary membership shall confer all the rights and privileges of an active member, except those of voting or holding office.
Membership Dues
Dues are billed and paid on an annual basis and are based on the number of employees the business or organization has. Calculate employees on the equivalent of full time employees. For example, two employees working 20 hours per week is the equivalent of one full time employee.

Associate Membership
Annual Dues: $75
