About the CVB & Partner Services
The Alamosa Convention & Visitors Bureau is funded through the Alamosa Lodging tax and the Alamosa Local Marketing District tax collections. The team of three, year-round full time professional staff benefits from the oversight of the Alamosa Tourism Development Board and the Marketing District Board. The members of this board are appointed by the Alamosa County Commissioners and include the very best community leaders who have a first hand knowledge of tourism and economic development. The board meets on the second Thursday of every month unless otherwise posted. Meeting agendas are posted at The Depot, 610 State Avenue, Alamosa.
