Come, Live Alamosa

To live, to breathe, to be alive!  We invite you to live Alamosa.  We want you to visit, and we want you to get to know us. We want to show you that trail no one else knows about.  We would love to show you where to eat the best bowl of green chili.  And we will even let you in on our best secret fishing hole.

Whether you want to play at the beach at the Great Sand Dunes National Park, hike to Zapata Falls, or spend a relaxing day aboard the Rio Grande Scenic Railroad, any adventure you choose will be unforgettable.

Live our history with a visit to the Luther Bean Museum or Ft. Garland.  Take a downtown historical walking tour or enjoy a drive along the Los Caminos Antiguos Scenic Byway, catching a glimpse of the robust culture of the San Luis Valley.

We don’t know how else to describe it.  Come see with your own eyes, try a tasty microbrew, or listen to a local band.  Take a look at the videos below to get a glimpse of what it means to Live Alamosa.
